[CF-Dev] OT: building walk through software

I have a client that wants a CD walk through of their building, created
for their new venture.  I have said this is possible, but they also want
it accessible via the web... if possible (budget wise that is).

What (in people's opinions) is the best way of going about this?  Anyone
got any suggestions?  Software to use?  I am not a designer, so am not
going to get bogged down in it, unless I can find someone who will do it
for me.
