There is a DOM Inspector under Tools in Firefox if you do a full install.

However can't seem to see any events listed there.

I had a pop, couldn't get the bugger to work,
window.onscroll/document.onscroll/window.onScroll/document.onScroll were all
undefined.

Where would you find the definitive DOM docs for a browser?

some say it works, some say it doesn't - a definitive answer on this would
be good ;)

  Oh, I've tested with

  document.onscroll
  window.onscroll - works with IE...
